The following is a case history of Well 02/12-01-30-21 W4M based on data obtained from the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (formerly the ERCB) located in Calgary, Alberta. This case history shows the production history in U.S. barrels per day (BPD for the period November, 1994 to May, 1995. The HIVAC cage was installed in late February of 1995.
